Main Responsibilities 主要职责

Develop the business of electronic potting in east / south of China

负责开发华东或者华南区的电子灌封胶市场业务

Develops the new business in top ten customers

区域内Top10客户新应用开发

Maintain the relationship with the distributor and KAM

区域内重点客户及销售渠道管理

Fulfill the tasks assigned by line manger, Achieves sales target and objectives

执行完成直线经理既定的年度销售指标

Arrange the daily sales plan and present the weekly report on time

Requirements 岗位要求

3-5 years working experience in relative silicone/PU/epoxy resin potting

3-5年的硅胶/聚氨酯/环氧灌封胶销售经验

Experienced in Intelligence Electronic potting (PCB potting) automotive electronics potting(sensor), thermal conductive dielectric potting,

熟悉电子灌封产品应用，应用行业：PCB制造（电源，智能制造，水表），汽车电子传感器，新能源汽车（电池，电控，电机 的灌封和粘结）

Capability of quick developing new customer independently ，could work under high pressure and complex situation

有独立开发客户的能力,能在高压和复杂情况下工作

Good communication skills and executing force

良好的沟通能力和执行力

Competence/skills

Bachelor’s degree at least

大专及以上学历

Good English ability (oral and written)

基本的英语听说读写能力

Skilled operation of office (word,Excel,PPT)

熟练的office能力
